These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trelys’ website, applications, content, data, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Who we are

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding contract.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3) Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Plan details, pricing, free-trial periods, and renewal terms are shown at checkout and/or your account page.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You authorize us and our payment processor(s) to charge your payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and applicable charges.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to:

Violate any laws or third-party rights.

Copy, scrape, harvest, spider, or bulk-download the Services or underlying data.

Bypass access controls, rate limits, or security.

Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to others as a service.

Use the Services for decisions governed by consumer reporting laws (e.g., FCRA) or where prohibited by law.
5) License & restrictions on data you access
Trelys grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes while your subscription is active.
You may not:

Resell, redistribute, post publicly, or share any data, content, or reports obtained through the Services with third parties, except where Trelys provides a specific export/share feature that expressly permits it.

Use the data to build or train competing products, models, or datasets.

Remove proprietary notices or alter attribution.
6) Third-party content & sources
The Services may display or rely on third-party data and services (for example: property and sales data, mapping providers, payment processors, analytics, hosting). Trelys does not control and is not responsible for third-party accuracy, availability, or policies. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their terms and privacy policies.
7) Accuracy, “as-is” information, and verification
Information within the Services may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. All data must be independently verified by you before relying on it for any decision. The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Trelys disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
8) No professional advice
Trelys does not provide legal, financial, tax, or real-estate brokerage advice. You should consult your own professional advisors. Using the Services does not create any fiduciary or advisory relationship.
9) Privacy & data use (summary)
We respect your privacy. We do not sell your personal data. We collect and use personal information to:

Create and manage your membership and account;

Provide the Services and customer support;

Send transactional messages and, where permitted, marketing communications; and

Recommend third-party solutions we believe may interest you.
We may share personal data with service providers/processors (e.g., payment processing, hosting, analytics, email delivery) under contracts requiring they use the data only to perform services for us. See our Privacy Policy for full details, including your choices and rights. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
10) User content & feedback
If you submit content, data, comments, or feedback, you grant Trelys a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, and display that material to operate and improve the Services. You represent you have necessary rights to submit it and that it does not infringe or violate any law or rights.
11) Service changes & availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, maintenance windows, or internet/provider issues.
12) Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the Services. You may cancel at any time via your account. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., data restrictions, IP rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity) will survive termination.
13) Intellectual property
Trelys and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, design, text, graphics, data compilations, and trademarks. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted.
14) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Trelys, its affiliates, and personnel harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
15) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trelys will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption; or procurement of substitute goods/services. Trelys’ total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid to Trelys in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (ii) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the liability of Trelys will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16) Disputes; governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in [San Francisco County, California] for all disputes, and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.

17) Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Recurring Payment Authorization

Auto-Renewal. All Trelys membership plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel. On each renewal date, the then-current membership fee plus applicable taxes and fees will be charged to your saved payment method.

Recurring Payment Authorization. By starting a subscription (including any free trial that converts to paid), you authorize Trelys and our payment processor to automatically charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis for your membership fees, taxes, and any selected add-ons until you cancel. You also authorize Trelys to:

charge updated, replacement, or new cards provided by your card issuer or by you;

re-attempt failed charges; and
-
charge variable amounts if taxes change or if you upgrade/downgrade plans (we will notify you in advance of any base price changes as described below).

Free Trials & Intro Offers. If your plan includes a free or discounted trial, billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trials are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account page (e.g., /membership-account/) or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term; you’ll retain access until then. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Failed Payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge periodically and may suspend or limit access until payment is successful. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

Price or Plan Changes. We may change membership fees or plan features. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price change takes effect on your next renewal. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel before the renewal date.

Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We will charge applicable taxes based on your billing address and current tax law.

Chargebacks. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without giving us an opportunity to help may delay resolution.

Renewal Notices. Where required by law (e.g., in certain jurisdictions), we will send advance renewal reminders with instructions on how to cancel.

Checkout Consent Statement. By clicking “Start Trial,” “Subscribe,” “Complete Checkout,” or similar, you acknowledge that your subscription will auto-renew and authorize Trelys to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel, and you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
18) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
